📋 Description
• Provide expert assistance to customers regarding the setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of high-end consumer electronics • Deliver professional and empathetic communication to resolve complex technical inquiries via phone, chat, and email • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the latest consumer electronics releases and software updates to provide accurate guidance • Identify customer needs and offer tailored product recommendations to enhance their user experience • Document all customer interactions in the internal CRM system • Collaborate with international teams to share feedback and improve support processes • Ensure adherence to quality standards and security protocols when handling customer data
🎯 Requirements
• Native or fluent Spanish, spoken and written • Valid EU passport (mandatory) • Excellent communication skills focused on premium customer service • Genuine passion for technology and willingness to learn modern electronics • Proficiency in computer navigation and multitasking • Ability to relocate to Greece
