By harnessing cloud-based architecture and the most advanced index tracking technology available today, MerQube's platform empowers clients to swiftly and efficiently bring their ideas to market. • Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join the Cloud Support team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies, infrastructure as code, and automation, with a focus on maintaining the reliability and scalability of cloud-based systems. As a Senior SRE, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cloud infrastructure is robust, performant, and able to meet business demands. Additionally, responsible for providing technical customer support to address inquiries and issues related to cloud services.

Requirements

• Master's or bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of extensive experience in Cloud Support, FinTech Support, Site Reliability, or related roles. • 3+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering roles. • Profound understanding of SRE/Support principles and best practices. • Strong expertise with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and familiarity with Azure or GCP. • Proficiency in deploying and managing containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes. • Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts and tools, including Terraform/Ansible. • Advanced proficiency in the Python programming language and its associated development toolchain. • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a track record of troubleshooting complex issues. • API knowledge • Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities, enabling effective teamwork.
