Description

• Role: Customer Service Representative/ Medical assistant • Location: Remote/Morrow GA • As Member Services Representatives, consultants will assist members with questions including, but not limited to, the following: coverage and benefits (eligibility), Primary Care Physician (PCP) changes, Address updates, Claims, KPWA bills, Providers, Complaints, Web support, Material/Document requests. Consultants will be responsible for asking probing question to understand member's needs. • Target Agent Work at Home Medical Coding/ Billing, Doctor’s office Appointment Scheduling and Medical Registration, tech support background is very helpful

Requirements

• Basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate efficiently while using multiple applications • Fluency in English • Candidates may need to return to the office upon request • Each candidate must use their cellular device as a token and need to validate whether they have an android or iPhone
