Description

• Manage and maintain NetSuite to ensure optimal performance and functionality, troubleshooting issues as they arise. • Lead NetSuite-related projects including integrations with payroll, expenses, and warehouse vendors. • Develop and maintain customized reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support decision-making processes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and system enhancements. • Lead efforts to implement system improvements and stay updated on NetSuite releases and features. • Own projects from inception to completion, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations. • Administer user roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure data security and compliance. • Assist in project management activities related to third-party vendors and consulting teams engaged in NetSuite projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience delivering end-user support and administration for NetSuite, preferably in the manufacturing/distribution industry. • Strong accounting knowledge with expertise in accounting processes such as sales tax and financial reporting. • Experience leading NetSuite-related projects and implementing system enhancements. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders. • Experience with cost accounting is a plus. • Familiarity with Paycom, Brex, and RF Smart is a plus. • Collaborative team player with a proactive and go-getting attitude. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of projects.
