• Onboarding and off-boarding team members • Maintaining employee files and process documentation • Revising and updating company handbooks • Working with leaders to develop workplace policies • Providing guidance to employees and managers • Ensuring compliance with federal and state labor regulations • Managing employee leave • Assisting with benefits enrollment and inquiries • Coordinating performance reviews • Conducting workplace investigations, preparing reports as needed • Oversee processing of payroll changes
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience • A consulting mindset with excellent communication skills • In-depth knowledge of HR processes, best practices, and compliance • Excellent problem-solving abilities • Experience working with multi-state companies/clients preferred • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred
