• Generate and qualify new business leads within the Milsoft Customer Base • Directly support the Regional Account Managers (RAMs) by generating quotes, scheduling meetings, and performing other assigned tasks • Maintain and grow relationships with customers to improve customer service by following up on support cases and identifying any training needs • Promote Milsoft’s suite of software solutions and services to prospective and current clients • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed performance targets • Represent Milsoft at industry tradeshows, training sessions, and customer meetings • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Support, Development) to deliver excellent customer experiences • Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales activities • Maintain regular, consistent, and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health and safety procedures. • Uphold, safeguard, and promote Milsoft’s values and philosophy, especially regarding ethics, integrity, and corporate responsibility.
• Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer relations • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • The ability to travel as needed • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Office Suite. • Preferred: Experience in the utility industry or with enterprise software solutions • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
