Description

• Leverage MinIO’s intelligence systems to identify potential prospects and generate leads • Develop strategies to convert existing MinIO’s vast ecosystem of open source users into commercial customers • Craft creative, personalized emails and email sequences to articulate the value of a commercial relationship with the goal of meetings and opportunities • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling sales presentations and proposals • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions • Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing team to enhance lead generation efforts • Constantly assess the data on the work, continuously optimizing • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closure, ensuring customer satisfaction • Utilize the full suite of technology tools (SFDC, Hubspot, Outreach) tools to track interactions, progress, and conversions

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in the software industry, with a focus on data infrastructure SaaS solutions • We will look at recent college graduates with exceptional credentials (school, GPA, track record of achievement) • Exceptional writing and phone communication skills, capable of engaging and persuading C-level executives • Highly creative approach to sales and problem-solving, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Proficiency in email sequencing and platforms, with a strong understanding of digital communication tools • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Software, Data Analytics or a related field preferred
