📋 Description

• Support the sales team in responding to RFPs, managing processes with autonomy and efficiency. • Customize technical proposals according to the industry, the client's context, and their level of digital maturity. • Articulate solutions with stakeholders across different areas: from developers to business leaders and C-level executives. • Have a deep understanding of the platforms we represent and how they integrate into each client's environment. • Participate in client project management, leading complex conversations with clarity and maturity.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in pre-sales, technical customer success, or project management for B2B SaaS solutions. • Experience responding to RFPs, managing complex sales processes, and engaging with both technical and business teams. • Advanced English, spoken and written (required). • Ability to build trust with C-level stakeholders, going beyond a traditional sales approach. • Active listening, clear communication, and the ability to translate technical needs into business solutions.
