Description

• Have 5+ years of experience as an instructional designer focused on software platforms, preferably in SaaS companies • Exhibit advanced skills in needs analysis, storyboarding, scripting, and module production/development • Are experienced and drives projects end-to-end with SMEs from analysis to final deployment • Have hands-on experience building eLearning using authoring tools such as Camtasia, Articulate, Captivate, or Rise • Have familiarity with MS Office, G Suite, JIRA, and Slack • Have excellent written and oral communication skills • Have experience with learning management systems • Have Instructional Design Certification (Preferred) • Experienced in instructional design, adult learning principles, and learning theory (Preferred) • Have the ability to prioritize, schedule, and meet deadlines (Preferred) • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills (Preferred)
