Description

• Lead Product Designer (B2B) responsible for platform suite of tools usability • Build products for both B2B and B2C • Create product vision, goal, strategy, and roadmap • Partner with UX design, engineering, and users • Collaborate with internal teams, users, and product managers • Develop product roadmap and prioritize high impact opportunities • Own product backlog and manage features through delivery • Deliver OKRs and define KPIs for meeting SLAs

Requirements

• Extremely self-motivated • Ability to learn quickly • Passionate about AI + Banking • Worked in a startup • Comes from an engineering background, preferably computer science • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Acclimatize and adapt quickly • Deep empathy for users • 8+ years of enterprise SaaS product management or business analysis experience • Experience with integrations, APIs, and SQL is a plus • Clear track record in shipping successful enterprise products • Ability to produce convincing stories and pitches for gaining buy-in from leaders and partners
