Description

• Own demand strategy and execution for Mindtickle across all geos and segments. • Define account-based marketing strategy for target accounts with measurable results. • Build, orchestrate, and execute an end-to-end digital marketing strategy. • Drive campaign plans and partner with other teams for coordination. • Lead a team and manage marketing budget effectively. • Analyze program effectiveness and share insights for improvement. • Work closely with various teams to ensure a coordinated experience across all channels.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of people leadership experience in demand generation function • 15+ years of experience marketing to B2B customers in a fast-paced environment • Deep understanding of ABM strategy and best practices. • Strong track record of planning and launching integrated campaigns. • Experience and technical understanding of various marketing tools • Knowledge of B2B purchase process and creating demand opportunities • Extensive experience mentoring and leading high-performing demand teams • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
