Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns targeting professional services clients in technology, business services, manufacturing, and PE. • Conduct market research and analysis to identify key industry trends, target markets, and competitive landscape, and use this information to drive marketing strategies. • Create and manage marketing programs to generate leads, nurture prospects, and support the sales team in converting leads into clients. • Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, white papers, and website content, ensuring consistent messaging and branding. • Utilize digital marketing channels, such as email marketing, social media, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO), to maximize reach and engagement with target audiences. • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to management, and making data-driven recommendations for optimization. • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives. • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, including advertising agencies, graphic designers, printers, and event organizers, to ensure high-quality deliverables within budget and timeline. • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies to continually enhance marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • 8-10 years of proven experience in B2B marketing, specifically within the professional services, consulting, or PE industries. • Experience leading a marketing team in an SMB, preferred. • Solid understanding of the professional services industry, including key players, market dynamics, and client needs. • Demonstrated success in developing and executing B2B marketing strategies that build on existing relationships and deliver pipeline. • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, such as Hubspot, LinkedIn tools, ZoomInfo, and GA. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and ideas to diverse audiences. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and work well under pressure. • Experience managing external vendors and agencies, including budget management and performance evaluation.
