• Lead performance creative for a large, fast-growing digital agency • Responsible for creative performance across a portfolio of large brands • Lead & grow a talented team of designers, copywriters & UX pros • Redefine creative standards agency-wide • Develop digital ads & campaigns that drive meaningful growth • Passion for digital ads & conversion funnels • Thorough knowledge of main ad platforms & latest developments • Confident and competitive • Proficient in direct-response copy • Mentor & manage a team • Bridge gap between media buyers, clients & creatives • Manage & optimize creative production & testing process • Curate network of influencers, UGC creators & brand partnerships • Conduct market research, uncover ad angles & hooks, analyze competitors • Own entire conversion journey for top clients • Ultimately accountable for creative performance
• Must have ad agency experience • Demonstrated ability to produce high-performing ads & funnels • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage & grow a high-performance creative team • Experience across various verticals & niches • Strong knowledge of digital advertising and media buying • Strong lead-gen experience • Landing page & Funnel Optimization • A/B/n / Multi variate testing • Persuasive & DR copywriting • Sales and Client Onboarding experience • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Google Docs • Experience with Photoshop, Creative Suite, PowerPoint • Experience with managing/overseeing creatives & growing teams • Ability to pitch clients, create proposals & case studies • Maintain communications with clients and media buyers • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with multiple departments
