• Course Delivery: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for real estate professionals, focusing on enhancing their sales skills, market knowledge, and overall competence. • Content Development: Collaborate with the Mira Academy team to develop relevant and effective training materials tailored to the needs of the real estate market in Dubai. • Industry Insights: Share personal experiences and industry insights to provide practical knowledge to course participants. • Evaluation: Implement assessment strategies to gauge the effectiveness of training programs and adjust content as needed.
• Proven experience in selling real estate, particularly in handling high-value transactions in the Turkish market. • Strong communication skills in English and/or Russian, with the ability to conduct interactive and engaging sessions. • Previous experience as a sales trainer or coach is highly desirable. • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in the UAE will be an advantage.
• Project Employment for 1 week in Dubai. • Renumeration - negotiable. • Airfare and accommodation - covered by us.
