📋 Description
• Manage files from start to finish and support clients throughout the conveyancing process • Handle client enquiries, prepare documents, complete settlements • Liaise with internal teams and external parties • Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality
🎯 Requirements
• Completed Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Australian conveyancing • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service • At least 2 years direct customer contact (written and phone based) experience working with AU, NZ, US or UK customers • Ability to anticipate needs of team members and clients • Strong written and verbal skills for regular communications • Critical thinking skills and a proactive approach to problem solving • Efficient – able to handle multiple demands • Exceptional attention to detail
