• Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving growth initiatives that align with the company's strategic plan. • Play a key role in expanding market presence and achieving revenue targets. • Remote position reporting to the VP of Sales. • Have responsibility for own work. • Identify new prospects, sell and close new business accounts, conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, expand market share, build and maintain strong client relationships, collaborate with internal teams, stay current on industry trends, prepare and present reports on sales performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field is required. • 4–5 years of new business development experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Extensive knowledge base of the auto industry, including parts and mechanical systems • Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail. • Genuine compassion for customer satisfaction. • Must demonstrate professional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Ability to produce quality work within tight deadlines. • Ability to exhibit objectivity and openness to others’ views. • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback to others.
