Description

• Participate in month-end closing activities • Support receipt collection and accurate categorization of credit card transactions • Interact with key leaders across Finance, Sales, Product, and Legal in collecting and documenting travel within Canada for tax reporting purposes • Report on fixed asset management • Support the team with project management, ad-hoc analysis, and contribute to the development of new ideas for process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Commerce or Business program with a specialization/major in Accounting • Growth mindset • Curiosity and eagerness to learn • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail • Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions • Experience with month-end activities, reconciliations, and/or expense recording is an asset
