📋 Description

• You independently manage the fresh-food and service counters in your HIT store • You ensure product availability and that the numbers in your area of responsibility are correct • Together with your team, you present products attractively • You advise and serve customers — acting as a role model for your team • You are responsible for the service counters • You ensure the optimal performance of the relevant refrigerated shelves and display freezers

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a specialist salesperson in the fresh-food sector or as a butcher • Ideally a master craftsman certificate in the butcher trade or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier • Preferably initial leadership experience in service counter operations • Excellent knowledge of a wide range of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products • A sociable, responsible team-player personality
