📋 Description
• Lead a field sales representative team to deliver the sales strategy and achieve annual KPIs and targets for a particular area • Work closely with cross-functional colleagues on activation and KPI reporting • Manage, develop, and motivate the team • Collaborate with the sales capability team to deliver training • Create and manage an annual business unit plan to deliver channel revenue KPIs and targets • Provide reporting as required • Manage customer business relationships to facilitate best-in-industry category execution • Collaborate with account, category, activation, sales capability, and customer finance stakeholders • Apply category and insights knowledge and coach the team in using category tools • Engage and influence customers to make informed decisions that grow categories and deliver the annual plan
🎯 Requirements
• Knowledge of the market and routes-to-market in which Mondelēz International operates • Experience in sales • Strong organizational and analytical skills • Excellent communication and interacting skills • Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes • Perseverance and attention to detail • Experience in Hyper chain (Mega, Aeon, Lotte)
