• Leading a team of Engineers on a daily basis, providing focus, context, line management and excellent product management to enable them to sustainably deliver against your roadmap; • Skillfully prioritise stakeholder and client requirements, through great communication, organisation, use of data and deep expertise, to build confidence and buy-in for your decisions; • Learn open banking and open finance regulations and become a subject matter expert in this area; • Build and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, data and regulatory bodies, with a view to shape & influence future direction of open banking, open finance and open data to serve our users and our clients users; • Use of quantitative and qualitative product and infrastructure data to proactively and continuously optimise the reliability of our connections; • Managing, adding and negotiating with new and existing banks, financial providers, data suppliers and vendors to bring new data sources onto our platform. Experience of contract negotiations would be a bonus; • Managing the needs of stakeholders across the business, where possible using proactive, automated reporting to provide the answers they are looking for; • Managing incidents through to incident review using our blame free incident process; • Written and verbal advocate for the excellence of our service to internal teams that need to know what they can achieve with our connections, and externally to clients, to drive our commercial successes.
• Significant experience in a comparable product role or related technical delivery role in complex or backend areas such as APIs, data integrations or reliability engineering; • Effective use of Agile methodologies and approaches to manage requirements and delivery; • Successfully managing & communicating to multiple stakeholders (within and outside the organisation including clients, suppliers and vendors) as well as being able to clarify objectives, goals, outcomes and requirements; • Proactive critical service delivery and management, with a strong commercial awareness driving communications and ownership; • Experience working directly with developers, ideally within a remote-first environment; • Agile and sustained delivery in regulated and unregulated data aggregation environments producing significant volumes of data, or related fields.
