• We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager with a proven track record in self-generating and closing Mid-Market to enterprise level deals • Managing the full sales cycle effectively • Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce and maintaining data hygiene • Familiarity with sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Lusha • Collaborating closely with product teams and payments to influence and shape the overall business strategy
• You will have 7+ years experience within a Business Development Manager/Account Executive position • Close pipeline from start to finish • Ideally, you will have experience in a FinTech/Payments solutions organisation and with a more technical and customisable product • You'll have experience in mid-market and enterprise sales • Generate new opportunities from targeted outbound activity, networking, and referrals • You are data-driven and use metrics & funnels to monitor sales performance, come up with initiatives, and identify blockers.
