Content Design

• The Learning Content Designer will be responsible for collaborating with the Head of Digital Learning and working with social and health care SMEs to develop ideas for the Florence Academy platform.
• They will research and develop learning content ideas and programs, and create course structures, micro-learning, and voice-over scripts. 
• They will maintain and improve the current catalogue of courses while contributing to continuously improving the design process. 
• They will design and build visual learning assets where needed and work with external providers to create story-filled scenario-based learning opportunities. 
• Project management is also a requirement for this role.
