📋 Description

• Develop projects and business with strategic clients, managing the client portfolio. • Strengthen relationships and influence the entire purchasing chain. • Provide a high level of service, seeking long-term relationships. • Be involved with the client's operational and organizational structure. • Facilitate the flow of information between Mosaic and the client, providing feedback to Mosaic stakeholders responsible for developing the service team's routines. • Participate in the entire process of generating and reviewing sales forecasts; negotiate supply with a long-term perspective. • Propose and negotiate logistical alternatives. • Keep client relationship records up to date. • Seek opportunities to generate value for clients by recommending an appropriate product mix. • Ensure the presence of senior agronomists when necessary. • Suggest actions based on competitive analysis versus Mosaic's positioning. • Share exceptional productivity results from your clients. • Formally present to the client's management the progress of productivity indicators related to the use of differentiated products. • Participate in thematic and/or promotional events requested by the client or promote Mosaic events as a differentiated service. • Monitor client requests in order to proactively and promptly present the most appropriate quotations to meet their needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy • Deep knowledge of plant bionutrition and soil fertility. • Sales experience. • Understanding of the macroeconomic environment and its influences on agribusiness. • Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office and Internet). • Client management capabilities — sales, resources, projects, etc. • Administrative skills (report preparation and management of administrative processes). • Availability to reside in Foz do Iguaçu, PR. • Authorization/documentation to work in Paraguay (preferred).
