• Motive empowers people running physical operations with tools to make their work safer and more productive. • You will sell into North America’s largest prospects, focusing on impactful companies. • Enterprise Account Executives sell across multiple industries, including trucking, oil & gas, construction, agriculture, and manufacturing. • A win-as-a-team mentality is necessary for this high-energy role in a fast-paced environment. • Work requires developing key executive relationships and driving expansion with all key accounts.
• 4+ years of SaaS or industry relevant Enterprise field sales experience required • Telematics, SaaS, and Logistics experience a plus • Strong track record of exceeding quotas and rapidly growing your book over time backed up by data • Ability to build rapport with executive decision-makers, influencing outcomes through both an understanding of the customer’s business and the unique solutions that Motive can deliver • History of working independently with a data-driven mindset for charting a path to short, medium, and long-term sales goals • Best-in-class communication skills, with the ability to successfully convey key value propositions and manage objections • Ability to travel 2x a month • Located in one of these states: MI, OH, IN, KY, TN
