📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day management of Amazon accounts across multiple European marketplaces. • Monitor and protect Account Health Rating across Spain, France, Italy, Germany, and new markets. • Open, track, and resolve Seller Support cases, Brand Registry issues, and policy flags end to end. • Identify and restore suppressed, inactive, or blocked listings. • Create, optimize, and maintain product listings. • Develop strategic parent-child variation structures aligned with customer behavior and buying intent. • Continuously improve product detail pages, images, copy, and listing content through testing and optimization. • Support product launches into the UK, Poland, Ireland, and the Netherlands, ensuring local compliance. • Use Canva for basic edits, resizing assets, translated content, and listing visuals. • Use AI tools such as Claude for purchase planning, listing optimization, and translations. • Focus on catalog and account operations; advertising and PPC management remain outside the role's scope.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing Amazon accounts end to end. • Hands-on experience with account health, case management, listing creation, suppressed listings, and catalog optimization. • Experience managing European Amazon marketplaces. • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently. • Basic understanding of Amazon PPC or advertising. • Working knowledge of parent-child relationships, variation structures, and catalog organization. • Basic Canva skills for simple edits and localized listing assets. • Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude for purchase planning, listing optimization, and translations. • Experience using Helium 10. • Reliable personal computer with at least 8 GB of RAM. • Stable primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps. • Verified backup internet connection for uninterrupted work access. • Must be currently residing in the Philippines and legally authorized to work there. • Availability for Monday-to-Friday full-time work with a four-hour weekly CET overlap.
