📋 Description

• Design and implement a strategy for developing hospital accounts through a key account plan that is monitored and updated monthly • Coordinate activities to secure the listing of portfolio products in hospitals • Collect and report pharmacovigilance information, product complaints, and adverse-event data • Analyze sales results in relation to commercial effectiveness (CE) • Coordinate with the Procurement department to ensure new products are made available at hospital facilities • Present the product portfolio to targeted healthcare professionals in accordance with approved marketing, medical, and regulatory strategies • Develop and implement a territory business plan with an omnichannel contact strategy • Manage and optimize the territory budget and organize briefing sessions, team meetings, and congress events • Conduct regular territory analyses and record interactions, visits, and consents in the CRM • Ensure compliance with the Promotional Information Charter, the Anti-Gifts Law, transparency requirements, and internal ethics policies

🎯 Requirements

• Medical Sales Representative Card • Previous experience as a Pharmaceutical Key Account Manager (KAM) or hospital representative • Proven experience launching and introducing new products in a hospital environment is an advantage • Previous experience in Infectious Diseases or Intensive Care (ICU) therapeutic areas would be ideal • Excellent communication skills • Highly skilled in presenting to and interacting with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key opinion leaders (KOLs) • Knowledge of areas including the hospital environment, pharmaceutical promotion, negotiation, territory analysis, key account planning, communication, and cross-functional collaboration
