📋 Description

• Ensuring a positive, white glove candidate experience for new hires • Serves as a liaison between the hiring manager and the employee • Play a critical role in ensuring a smooth, compliant, and positive onboarding experience for all new hires • Subject matter expert for pre-employment requirements including background checks, licensure verification, fingerprinting, drug screening • I-9 compliance and other regulatory requirements • Manage onboarding systems and workflows • Coordinate pre-employment activities • Audits documentation for compliance with federal and state employment laws • Collaborate with departments across the organization • Support hiring managers, Human Resources, and new employees while ensuring all onboarding requirements are completed

🎯 Requirements

• 2 Year / Associate Degree • 2 Experience in a related field • 2 Equivalent in education plus 2 years working experience • Experience in Human Resources Office
