📋 Description
• Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally • Assist customers with scheduling and general service requests, including appliance repair inquiries • Manage and update customer information, interactions, and service requests in CRM systems • Complete daily customer service and administrative tasks • Provide responsive and reliable phone support for a U.S.-based appliance repair service company
🎯 Requirements
• Previous customer service experience • Fluent English (verbal and written) • Experience using CRMs, dispatching or service scheduling systems • Proactive mindset and strong sense of responsibility • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Stable internet connection and a quiet professional workspace • Availability to answer calls throughout all working hours • Previous experience with appliance repair, home services, or other service based businesses (highly preferred)
