📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive health and safety programs and policies. • Regularly review and update safety procedures to comply with regulatory requirements. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records. • Collaborate extensively with multiple departments and executives. • Prepare regular safety performance reports for management review. • Conduct safety training sessions for new and existing employees. • Investigate workplace incidents, exposures, accidents, and near-misses to determine root causes. • Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building a comprehensive safety program from the ground up. • Demonstrated ability to develop SOPs, policies, and training programs for both fleet safety and injury prevention. • 3-5 years of experience in a Safety & Driver Training Coordinator or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health or a related field is preferred. • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar certification is preferred. • Experience in conducting safety training and audits. • Knowledge of safety management systems and emergency response planning.
