Description
• Respond to client inquiries and answer all their questions after necessary investigation • Prepare preliminary drafts of contracts, letter agreements; real property title review; land survey review • Maintain paper and cloud-based client files, ensure organization and client satisfaction in all areas • Monitor and prepare correspondence via mail, email and fax, taking action as necessary and appropriate • Monthly client invoicing • Online legal research • Online filing of court papers • Maintain attorney calendars • Manage the preparation and transmittal of client files, including document set-up and revision management • Manage real estate and corporate closings, including the recording of documents and filing of merger and other documents • Manage law school course materials and inquiries from students • General administrative duties
Requirements
• PARALEGAL experience is REQUIRED for at least 1 year with US-based clients • FEMALES are preferred by MALES are welcome to apply • Keen to details • Proactive and a Team Player • Solid writing & speaking skills • Must have own equipment/tools PC/Laptop - minimum of i3 / Ryzen 3 processor and at least 8GB RAM • Main Internet Service Provider - must be a wired connection with at least 25mbps internet speed • Backup Internet Service Provider - can either be a wired connection or a wireless connection (modem broadband or pocket wifi) with at least 10mbps for both upload and download speed
