• You proactively contact decision-makers and personalize your outreach (phone, LinkedIn, email, etc.) to generate outbound leads, qualify them, and schedule sales meetings. • You are creative and actively seek new ways to generate leads. • Phone outreach accounts for about 90% of your working time, with a target of making 60 calls per day. • You attend trade shows and events to network and meet potential customers. • You maintain and update customer data in our CRM. • Depending on your performance and tenure, you have the opportunity to advance to an Account Executive role.
• You are fluent in German (written and spoken) and proficient in English. • You are a hunter—creative, positively minded, and have a dynamic personality. • You enjoy thinking outside the box and finding new ways to achieve your targets. • You are not afraid to pick up the phone and persuade potential customers. • You are outgoing and possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written). • You are eager to learn and motivated to continuously develop while contributing to your team's success. • Knowledge of any of the following tools is a plus: LinkedIn, Pipedrive, Ringover, Modjo, HubSpot.
