• You hold a degree in engineering, industrial engineering or business administration, or you have equivalent, demonstrably strong practical experience • You have an impressive track record in B2B SaaS sales with significant revenue responsibility and the closing of complex enterprise deals • You understand engineering, procurement and cost-engineering processes in detail and speak the language of technical stakeholders • You are experienced in working with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers • You navigate confidently through complex, hierarchical organizations and win over even the toughest decision-makers • You bring solid experience with structured sales frameworks such as MEDDICC • You are ambitious, persistent and competitive • You persuade stakeholders at all levels with strong communication and negotiation skills • You are business-fluent in German and English (negotiation-level proficiency) • You already maintain a strong network within the manufacturing industry
