• Develop the gas market in Brazil with a strategic focus for the N5X platform. • Identify and prospect new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships. • Actively engage with customers in product discovery, talking with the market to define what will be made available on the platform. • Analyze market data, identifying trends and opportunities to refine the commercial strategy. • Serve as the primary point of contact between market participants' needs and N5X's Product, Legal and Technology teams (among others), collaborating to translate market requirements (commercial and regulatory) into solutions. • Support the legal team in structuring deals from a legal and regulatory perspective. • Represent N5X at events and conferences, increasing the exchange's visibility. • Collaborate with Product and Technology teams in the development and evolution of platform solutions. • Develop and present commercial proposals and value propositions for new participants and partners, lead negotiations and support deal closings. • Define, monitor and report on commercial strategy indicators (KPIs), adjusting the approach based on results and market feedback.
• Proven business knowledge: Deep commercial and operational understanding of the gas market in Brazil, with close familiarity with the sector's day-to-day. • Networking: Established network of contacts and a proven ability to open doors with decision-makers. • Communication and negotiation: Excellent skills for interacting with different hierarchical levels and converting leads into platform participants. • Strategic vision: Ability to interpret market trends (and their regulatory impacts) and propose innovative solutions. • Negotiation and resilience: Ability to conduct complex negotiations, handle objections and maintain consistency in commercial execution. • Adaptability and cross-functional work: Ability to navigate across internal areas (Product, Technology, Legal and Commercial/Marketing, when applicable) to enable solutions and accelerate deliveries. • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Law or a related field. • Proven experience in business development, sales or commercialization in the gas sector. • Desirable knowledge of energy sector laws and regulations to support the business case. • English fluency (written and spoken) is required.
• Bonus: Up to 2 full monthly salaries per year. • Work model: Hybrid - 3 days in the office per week; participation in the team's in-person rituals (currently quarterly), in-person meetings with stakeholders and events. • Meal allowance: R$ 43.68 per working day. • Food allowance: R$ 832.00 per month. • Transportation: Round-trip for in-office days with no payroll deduction. • Health plan: SulAmérica with copayment for the primary holder and their dependents – children and spouse. • Life insurance: MetLife coverage up to R$150,000. • Childcare assistance: Reimbursement of up to 40% of the normative salary for children up to 24 months and 35% for children between 24 and 71 months. • Financial assistance for employees with children with disabilities: Amount corresponding to 50% of the normative salary.
