📋 Description

• Market analysis and regional strategy: Identify trends and opportunities to optimize the commercial strategy. • Conduct local economic analyses to define pricing models. • Strategic account management: Ensure continuity, satisfaction and customer retention. • Build and consolidate a network of contacts: Activate and grow a personal network in key sectors to accelerate commercial activity. • Strategic prospecting: Identify relevant opportunities in the highest-impact sectors and lead their capture. • Lead qualification: Convert contacts into sales-ready opportunities, ensuring the quality of the sales funnel and qualifying leads generated by the team. • Proposal development and review: Create comprehensive commercial proposals according to business criteria and present them to clients, ensuring alignment with the company’s global parameters. • CRM management: Keep all information on prospects, opportunities and activities up to date. • Brand positioning: Represent Externalia in the regional market, participate in Chambers of Commerce, trade fairs and industry events to strengthen networking and brand presence. • Sales team coordination: Support the structuring and sizing of the new commercial team, coordinating activities and reallocating efforts according to strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in B2B sales, advanced prospecting or business development. • Proven experience and an active network of contacts in the construction, industrial and energy sectors. • Proactivity and autonomy: Ability to make decisions, independently lead opportunities and define go-to-market strategies adapted to the local context. • Results-oriented: Familiarity with agile methodologies and performance measurement using KPIs and OKRs. • Excellent communication in Spanish; intermediate/advanced English is a plus. • Experience in consultative selling, technology, SaaS, occupational safety and environment (PRL), quality or CAE. • Active network of contacts in strategic markets across Central America and the Caribbean. • Experience in startups, emerging markets or regional expansion projects.
