• Identify and mitigate risks related to third parties engaged throughout the Credit Union • Collaborate with key stakeholders in risk assessments, due diligence, and ongoing oversight activities • Apply knowledge of risk best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements • Assist in contract management, third-party resiliency evaluation, and maintenance of risk management database
Level I: • Minimum of three years of regulatory compliance and/or third-party risk experience • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred • Financial institution knowledge/experience preferred • Experience in contract work helpful, but not required Level II: • Minimum of three years of regulatory compliance and/or third-party risk experience • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred • Certification in the field, paralegal or legal degree, or equivalent work experience required • At least 12 months experience in contract work required Essential Skills and Abilities: • Ability to deliver oral presentations and produce written reports • Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented • Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Strong business ethics and familiarity with information protection
