Description
• Oversee the quality of guest services provided meet NHF standards by implementing and monitoring day-to-day operational systems • Develop, implement, and consistently monitor health and safety measures • Coordinate with internal and external partners for special events • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate guest’s quality of care • Conduct weekly site safety inspections • Collaborate with Director and Leadership of any pertinent information regarding the operations • Review and approve all timecards operations department • Conduct monthly GSA meetings • Conduct yearly performance appraisal
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred • 2-3 years’ supervisory experience with demonstrated experience of coaching and mentoring staff • Familiarity working with LAHSA regulations • Knowledge of OSHA regulations preferred but not required • Current BLS certification strongly preferred, but not required • Prior working experience in related field preferred • Excellent verbal/written communication skills required • Must have the ability to multi-task, problem solve, meet deadlines, follow through, and manage a team in a fast-paced environment • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, guests, and visitors
