📋 Description

• Build new growth areas through strategic partnerships and sales channels • Develop opportunities with end-to-end ownership • P&L responsibility for new areas • Cross-functional collaboration with various departments • Proactively communicate progress and blockers

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years in Business Development or Strategy • Proven experience in building new business areas, not just optimizing existing ones • Experience in startups or scale-ups • Strong negotiation skills to conduct independent negotiations • Analytical ability to develop robust business cases • Decisiveness when driving initiatives • Strong stakeholder management • Self-starter with the ability to drive topics forward independently • Ideally experience in D2C, consumer brands, or health/wellness • Openness to using AI tools in daily work • Fluent German and business-fluent English
