📋 Description

• Further develop the global recruiting strategy in line with company and growth objectives • Translate workforce planning into clear priorities and recruiting roadmaps • Lead, develop and scale the international recruiting and employer branding team • Contribute operationally to the recruiting process for key hires • Optimize recruiting processes and establish global standards and KPIs • Ensure scalable, data-driven and efficient talent acquisition • Advise leaders and hiring managers on recruiting strategies and selection decisions • Fill key and leadership positions from direct sourcing through to contract signing • Identify and attract international top talent through modern sourcing channels • Ensure a professional and respectful candidate journey • Develop the employer brand together with internal stakeholders • Implement employer branding initiatives to increase visibility

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in international talent acquisition • Experience leading, developing and scaling recruiting teams • Experience developing and implementing global talent acquisition strategies • Experience in strategic workforce planning in close collaboration with the business • Solid expertise in optimizing recruiting processes and building scalable structures • Experience managing recruiting through KPIs, data and modern recruiting methods • Proven success filling key positions • Experience building talent pipelines and further developing a strong employer brand • Strong leadership, communication and advisory skills • Empathy, a strong bias for action and a pragmatic working style • Confident use of modern ATS and recruiting tools, ideally Recruitee • Experience with digital sourcing platforms • Fluent German and English • Confident and persuasive presence in an international environment
