Description

• Implement, manage, and successfully implement projects • Provide smooth customer on-boarding experience • Lead project kick-off and internal meetings • Develop and manage detailed project plans • Oversee multiple teams for project execution • Identify and manage project risks • Create and maintain project documentation • Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders • Follow corporate security and compliance requirements • Utilize industry best practices and standards • Provide feedback to leadership for improving efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 5+ years’ experience in Project Management, IT Technical Support Management, or IT Account Management • Knowledge of project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices • Preferred experience in public cloud computing, managed hosting, Windows/Unix environments, databases, SAN/storage, disaster recovery, security, enterprise applications, and messaging • Excellent organizational, planning, problem-solving, and project management skills • Demonstrated analytical and decision-making skills • Positive attitude, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and strong team player • Strong written and oral communication skills
