Description

• As Project Manager, support an exciting communication and advocacy programme spanning five countries over three years, aiming to build support for Ukraine • Build relationships with Ukrainian civil society organizations advocating internationally • Conduct desk research into specific countries and work with specialist consultants • Plan and facilitate delegation visits to countries • Shape advocacy goals and tactics for policy wins • Write detailed reports and draft communications materials • Build and maintain relationships with client and partner organizations • Ensure project delivers on objectives and client expectations • Provide project management services to ensure timely and budgeted delivery • Monitor and manage risks, collaborating with the London team • Involve up to 30% international travel

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience delivering effective advocacy or communications campaigns • Excellent client management skills, experience with government clients desirable • Ability to project manage against strict deadlines and within budget • Strong organizational skills and clear communication with multiple stakeholders • Excellent written and spoken English • Prior experience working in cross-functional communications teams
