• Take detailed briefs from clients or internal stakeholders and translate them into high-quality content that closely aligns with their objectives. • Produce a diverse range of content formats, including but not limited to videos, graphics, and animations, utilizing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software. • Script and produce strategic, consumer-centric content for platforms such as Meta (formerly Facebook) and TikTok, staying abreast of emerging trends and best practices. • Collaborate with the creative team to make data-driven decisions for future ad deliveries based on performance insights and learnings. • Review content produced by internal and external creators and editors, providing clear and actionable feedback to ensure alignment with client expectations and brand guidelines. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in digital content production, constantly seeking ways to enhance the quality and effectiveness of our work.
• 4+ years working in content production with a particular focus on UGC content. • Agency and DTC experience. • Experience using Asana. • Excellent communication, research, writing, and proofreading skills. • The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, such as creative strategists and media buyers. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
