📋 Description

• Manage the full onboarding lifecycle from handover to go-live • Act as the primary point of contact for landlords during the onboarding phase • Coordinate property readiness including photography, key handovers and setup tasks • Support landlords with onboarding documentation and operational requirements • List new properties across relevant platforms and internal systems • Work closely with Sales and Account Management to align onboarding timelines and requirements • Manage scheduling, inspections, onboarding checklists and issue resolution • Conduct quality control checks to ensure all properties meet Nestify standards • Track onboarding progress and ensure deadlines and milestones are met • Maintain accurate onboarding records and documentation • Identify and resolve onboarding issues to minimise delays to go-live

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Strong organisational and time management skills • High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and accuracy • Ability to manage multiple properties and onboarding projects concurrently • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Experience in property management, hospitality or real estate is advantageous • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 UAE Time
