📋 Description

• Collaborate with partners to develop, qualify, manage, and close a velocity sales business within an assigned sales territory • Develop and oversee implementation of a strategic plan to align partners and account team on territory growth strategy • Develop, manage, and grow a pipeline of sales opportunities with Public sector capable partners and distributors to drive sales revenue • Leverage NetApp and partner resources to create brand awareness and generate demand in assigned territory • Deliver NetApp strategy, vision, and messaging to customers, prospects and partners • Responsible for sales forecasting accuracy, linearity and operational hygiene to achieve business management excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Initial experience in territory sales, partner sales, business development, or a related customer-facing role, ideally in IT • Fluent in English and German, with strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment • Good understanding of the partner landscape within an assigned territory, or the ability to build this knowledge quickly • Exposure to data storage and cloud technologies and concepts • Well-organized and able to collaborate effectively across teams and functions • Located within the assigned territory and willing to travel regularly to visit local customers and partners
