📋 Description

• Provide support to Cloud and Managed Services customers • Respond to incidents • Work on service requests • Perform problem management • Contribute to infrastructure improvements • Support varied clientele in a 24x7 storage operations environment • Design, build, and deploy infrastructure • Conduct disaster recovery testing • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a minimum of 2–4 years of related experience • Bachelor’s or any master’s degree, or equivalent combination of professional education/training and applicable work experience • Thorough understanding and experience with compute, virtualization, and networks, including VMware vSphere, Microsoft OS and Applications, and backup technologies • Working knowledge of containers and Ansible highly desired • Experience with microservices, OpenShift, and Kubernetes beneficial • Experience writing basic PowerShell/Python scripts required • Experience or knowledge of NetApp technologies including CVO, StorageGRID, E-Series, CVS, Cloud Backup, Cloud Secure, Cloud Sync, Cloud DataSense, Astra, Trident, and Amazon FSx for ONTAP highly regarded • Windows and Linux server administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, replication technologies, security hardening, and performance knowledge advantageous • ITIL methodology knowledge and certification desirable • Understanding of managed services delivery and entry-level cloud certifications highly desirable • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools, especially Terraform • Strong understanding of storage protocols and technologies including CIFS, NFS, iSCSI, Fibre Channel switching, and networks • Working knowledge of monitoring platforms, WANs, SANs, backup, and disaster recovery platforms • Strong customer communication and documentation skills • Working knowledge of AWS, GCP, and Azure desirable • NetApp cloud-based certification such as Technology Associate (NCTA) good to have • Positive, proactive, team-oriented attitude with a flexible and innovative approach to work
