• 10+ years of experience in software engineering • 5 + years of proven experience in a fintech company • 3+ years of experience leading the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and current systems • 3+ years of proven experience in team leadership as an engineer manager • 3+ years of strong background in developing financial platforms, preferably with expertise in ledger technology • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science • Excellent project management and communication skills • Familiarity with agile development methodologies • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
