• Serve as primary technical point-of-contact for projects • Prepare and facilitate customer workshops • Collaborate with Delivery Management and Pre-Sales teams • Research industry impact and propose enhancements • Provide engineers with architectural blueprints and requirements • Responsible for demos, documentation, and knowledge transfer • May perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Proven ability to consult as a key technical resource leading development and delivery of ServiceNow solutions • Proficient in ITSM, SAM, CSM, and ITIL • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills • Deliver high customer satisfaction • Comfortable working in a matrixed organization • Comfortable with ambiguity and change
