• Bachelor’s degree • Proven ability to consult as a key technical resource leading development and delivery of ServiceNow solutions • Proficient in ITSM, SAM, CSM, and ITIL • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills • Deliver high customer satisfaction • Comfortable working in a matrixed organization • Comfortable with ambiguity and change
