Description

• Temporary Senior Technical Accounting Manager role • Oversee technical accounting transactions and related projects • Ensure high risk accounts are properly accounted for • Conduct technical accounting research and documentation • Maintain and update accounting policies • Implement new and modified accounting guidance • Collaboration with external auditors on technical accounting issues and annual audit support • Prepare technical accounting memos and process walkthroughs • Analyze new transactions and evolving products • Draft original footnote disclosures during financial statement preparation • Respond to technical accounting inquiries and communicate concepts to all levels • Assist in assessment and review of financial controls over technical accounting areas

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field; CPA preferred • 5+ years of accounting experience with public accounting experience • Well-versed in technical accounting documentation • Support for financial statement audit • Problem-solving and decision-making skills • Ability to share information and facilitate the exchange of ideas and information

Benefits

• Base compensation: $120,000 - $145,000 • Total compensation includes benefits • Compensation range may be adjusted based on actual experience
