• Provides advanced support in HR Compliance, Labour Law Compliance, Payroll, Wellness, and Vendor Management • Advises and coaches managers in HR matters • Maintains employee information and databases • Collaborates with global teams on HR standards and regulations
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related • 8-10 years of experience in Human Resource role • Knowledge of HR operations • Experience with Allsec & Workday and SAP tools • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
