Description

• Highly visible and important position with the primary goal of building and then leading a scalable Loss Control/Accident Prevention Services program • Initially managing external vendors, then designing and building out a program beginning in 2025 • Plan, direct, and control activities of third party Loss Control and Accident Prevention Services partners • Creating training materials or courses for the insured to participate in to drive down losses • Provide management technical advice and assistance in establishing organizational policies of assigned authority • Responsible for the quality and quantity of work produced by third party loss control consultants • Scope includes Loss Control for General Liability, Professional Liability, Inland Marine and Accident Prevention Services for Workers Compensation

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Loss Control and/or Accident Prevention Services at a commercial lines insurance carrier • Potential and desire to ultimately manage others • Ability to develop relationships/collaborate with internal and external partners/customers • Certifications and/or Registrations CSP, ARM, CPCU, or other professional designation are desired • Strong knowledge of property loss control, safety regulations and standards • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong computer skills, specifically with Google GSuite • Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of different personalities • Excellent organizational skills • Proficiency in data analysis and the use of relevant software tools

Benefits
