Description

• Update accounts receivable and accounts payable for all entities • Assist in recording bills within the appropriate entity and in compliance with the Authority Matrix • Perform bank and subsidiary ledger reconciliations • Monitor and reconcile prepaid expenses and accruals • Prepare and post journal entries, as needed • Contact clients regarding overdue payments • Assist in monthly/annual closing, audits, and income tax preparation • Maintain digital financial records

Requirements

• Obtained a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in accounting (required) • Worked 1+ years in full-cycle accounting • Become proficient in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite • Earned reputation for accuracy and attention to details, being well organized with good time management skills, self-disciplined, and quick with a 10-key by touch with accurate data entry • Proven your ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
